Advent Giving Tree  Please help to share the joy of Christ’s birth with a family in need.  You are invited to pick up a gift tag in church that provides gift suggestions for someone in need.    Serving the needs of individuals Heights Emergency Food Center and the Ozanam Center.  Please return your gifts as soon as possible to the church or rectory.

You may also consider purchasing a gift card for the grocery store, gas station, drug store or a retail store to donate to a family in need.  Gift cards are available for purchase from the parish office. All gifts should be wrapped with the appropriate tag attached and returned to the church or parish office no later than Sunday, December 10th. Please contact Christian Gracie at 321-0024 with questions.

Advent baby bottle collection Baskets of empty baby bottles are available in the back of both churches on the weekend of November 25/26 for our seventh annual collection. Please take one and fill it with loose change or a check to benefit the expectant mothers at Womankind.  Womankind provides free prenatal care and a full range of support services to pregnant women in need in the Greater Cleveland area.  Please make checks out to Womankind. Bottles are to be returned to the baskets at Masses on the weekend of December 16/17.  If you forget, you can take them to the rectory.   Thank you for your generosity! For more information on the work done by this wonderful organization, see: Sponsored by The Saint Gianna Pro-life Committee.

Prison Ministry – Christmas Card/Postage Collection Thank you for your generosity and continued support of our Prison Ministry.   It is that time of the year when we ask your help to provide first-class postage so that inmates can send Christmas greetings to their loved ones.   Collections will take place now through the weekend of December 17. There will be a box for your donations at the table in the back of church at St. Ann’s and one near the door to the parking lot at St. Philomena’s.      If you prefer, you may write a check payable to “Diocese of Cleveland,” and in the memo line write “Prison Ministry postage.” Contact Patti De Rosa, 216-932-8188.
